It was recorded on the afternoon of Thursday 28 March the second episode of the Evening of Amici 23 which will be broadcast on Saturday 30 March 2024 in prime time on Canale5. After the elimination of Ayle and Kumo, who came out during the debut episode, the presenter Maria De Filippi presented a new challenge between the talent show teams led by Rudy Zerbi and Alessandra Celentano, Anna Pettinelli and Raimondo Todaro and Lorella Cuccarini and Emanuel Lo. Judging the tests and winners are Giuseppe Giofré, Michele Bravi and Cristiano Malgioglio. As already happened in the first episode, one of the students was eliminated at the end of the first challenge. Two others, however, ended up in the runoff which will end with the exit of a second student.

The second episode of Evening of Friends 23 it ended with one elimination and two students left in the balance, ending up in the final ballot. The name of the second eliminated will be discovered by the public only during the live broadcast on Saturday 30 March. According to what was leaked from the previews released by the X account Friends News, the first challenge was the one played between the team led by Pettinelli and Todaro (dancers: Gaia, Giovanni; singers: Lil Jolie, Martina) and the one led by Cuccarini and Lo (dancers: Lucia, Nicholas, Sofia; singers: Mida, Sarah). The ones who ended up in the ballot were Sarah, Lucia and Nicholas and the latter was eliminated.
In the second heat, the team of Pettinelli and Todaro challenged that of Rudy Zerbi and Alessandra Celentano (dancers: Dustin, Marisol; singers: Holden, Petit). The losers were the first ones forced to send the dancer to the run-off Giovanni. The third heat saw the team of Zerbi and Celentano compete against that of Emanuel Lo and Cuccarini. The latter were the ones who won and ended up in the run-off Marisol. Giovanni and Marisol then clashed, performing in front of the jury but the name of the eliminated student will only be made known during the March 30 episode.

The guest of the second episode of the Evening
The singer was the musical guest in the studio Ermal Meta who presented the single L’unico difficile, released on March 8th. Also present Mattia Zenzolawinner of the 2023 edition of Amici. The dancer demonstrated a choreography for Giovanni.
