A great tragedy has occurred in a French city.
A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of murdering his parents and setting fire to their home, sending shockwaves through a village in southeastern France, AFP reports.
The 15-year-old named Valentin has confessed that he killed his parents. The old farm where the family lived was set on fire at the end of November. After that he disappeared.
He was tracked down and arrested in Montpellier and remanded in custody.
Two almost completely charred bodies were found in the remains of the house, investigators say, writes “Current”.
The bodies had gunshot wounds to the skull and one also had wounds to the chest. Forensic tests are still being conducted to identify the victims.
