French President Tests Positive for COVID-19 | U.S

PARIS (AP) – French President Emmanuel Macron has tested positive for COVID-19, the Elysee Palace announced Thursday.

The president underwent a test “as soon as the first symptoms appeared,” the statement said, without giving further details.

Macron will isolate himself for seven days, and “will continue to work and take care of his activities remotely,” added the Elysee.
