The corporation will not help players whose Joy-Cons are damaged by external accessories or those interested have tried to repair the equipment themselves. The company may also refuse free support if the problem is caused by faulty or neglected controllers.
It should be noted that the offer also applies when we can no longer use the 24-month warranty – Nintendo will even help players who bought the equipment more than 2 years ago.
