Whether you want to settle the financing of your mortgage loan with the Issste Housing Fund (Fovissste) or make some clarification about it, it is important to have the account statement at hand.
For this reason, we tell you how you can register the Fovissste account statement, following a few simple steps. So take note so that you do not have problems or inconveniences at the time of carrying out this procedure.

- The first thing you should do is enter the official website of Fovissste.
- Locate in the menu Actions and program the option Procedures and services of the Fovissste.
- Select the procedure Request for clarification of the account statement in the modality Update of the mortgage credit statement.
- Click on the blue button Online procedure.
- Prepare the application and enter the documentation.
- You will receive an email with the notification of the status of the process.
By means of the online consultation, the information provided is validated and if the credit is settled, a settlement certificate is obtained, as well as the liquidated account statement.
The documents you need to have on hand are:
- Valid official identification
- Last pay stub
- Dependency payment receipts
- Bank payment receipts and Fovissste cash receipts that are not recorded in the detail of credit transactions or those that you need to verify.
- Bank payment receipts greater than 5,000 pesos or proof issued by the agency that made the withholdings for financing payment
- Public deed registered in the public property registry. In some cases, another legal document can be presented to support the granting of the credit.
