Director Ivars Zviedris works in the style of a classic documentary film, dragging his characters for a long time, accustoming, making friends, exploring their lives and filming himself. He does not aestheticize or immerse himself in cinema. The new movie “Unseen, Brasa!” is a story about the end of Brasa prison and, of course, about the people who are serving their sentences there.
“I went to work for two months. It was funny at first because there were boys who were around 20 years old. [cietuma] seniority and even more for some good, “explains Zviedris.
