Playground Games revealed more details about Forza Horizon 5. In the coming months, the developers want to focus only on the festival in Mexico, so players should not expect new content for Forza Horizon 4.

The creators of Forza Horizon 5 confirmed last week that provide an extensive weather system in Mexico and the topic was picked up on today’s stream. Developers confirmed that players can count on much more attractions than the festival from Great Britain.
In Forza Horizon 5, the weather depends on the region, and players can encounter completely different effects (sandstorms and tropical rainstorms) that will significantly affect our driving. Drivers in the newest Playground Games position will literally “drive” into the weather effects, because big rain can only appear on a designated part of the game.
The creators revealed that each of the biomes (for example, coast, mountains, jungle, desert) has its own version of the season, because the map is so large that we won’t find the same aura everywhere. Players will even be able to open and close the roofs of convertibles – in order to be properly prepared for the oncoming weather.

Playground Games also confirmed that Forza Horizon 4 will no longer receive new cars and features – players will download the last major patch on June 29, and then the developers will begin restoring the content.
