Players playing a gamepad on Fortnite believe that aiming aid has been working through walls since the last update.
Helping to target controllers on Fortnite has always been a subject of contention with players, especially on the competitive scene.
Many professional players, of which Tfue, did not hesitate to speak on the issue, many claiming that aiming aid offers far too many benefits.
A patch that wreaks havoc
After the last patch of season 2, the streamer “ohcrr” said that the aiming aid had become too strong.
May aswell say it so they patch it, this season we get aim assist through player built structures. Please fix I can aim at a massive build fight and go from left to right to see where people are hiding.

The Fortnite star claimed that since the last update, players who use a controller have been able to use their aiming aid to find out where the players were inside buildings.
I am mistaken its only when you’re in a bush, they re added aim assist when aiming out and into bushes and simultaneously added aim assist through player built structures when in a bush by mistake

He then asked Epic Games to resolve this problem before revealing that he had thought of using this novelty to his advantage, but that he feared that it might appear suspicious during a competition.
Later, the streamer said he thought he had made a mistake adding that the bug was caused because it was in a bush. Several players replied to these tweets, confirming his comments.
