The leaker specialized in Fortnite, HYPEX gave fans of the battle royale an overview of some skins and cosmetics that have never been added to the game and some of which will probably never be.
While the beginnings of Fortnite Battle Royale were a real splash for Epic Games, the studio quickly made the decision at the time to turn entirely to this new genre, while standing out through many cosmetics, which ‘These are new skins for characters, weapons and various cosmetics.
If the game is regularly updated, fans are constantly asking for new cosmetics, some of which are gradually becoming increasingly rare.
Yet we know that there are a large number of cosmetics never released that fans may have already seen but that it is now unlikely that one day will be found in the store.
Skins on Fortnite are still highly anticipated by players-
The famous dataminer HYPEX showed a huge collection of these cosmetics, including skins, music, gliders, sprays, and everything you can collect in the battle royale.
If some of them could still be released in the future, especially when we see that the description indicates “released in Season 2, Chapter 2”, others however take us back a long time, especially in Season 6 or 9. We find for example the music “Winners Circle” of the Fortnite World Cup which had previously leaked.
Also present are several of the cosmetics planned for a crossover with the other game from Epic Games, Battle Breaker and which could always be released one day, provided that the developers decide.
As for those who should have been available at some point during the first seasons, it is not known why Epic finally decided to backtrack, especially when these cosmetics had previously leaked. Once again, this answer lies in the hands of the developers.
Since these objects are still present in the game files, it probably wouldn’t be that difficult to see them out someday.
However, it is unlikely to happen because many of these skins were intended to revolve around a particular theme or season and would today be out of the game context. Nevertheless it remains very interesting and fun to see what the artists at Epic Games had imagined.
