– Yes, of course he does. Now I want to point out that he has never done anything physical, and this was about a different type of crime. But he has regretted what he has done, the defender says.
The man was arrested in 2019 and pleaded guilty in court. The recognition and long case processing time meant that the sentence was reduced from around one year to six months in prison.
The actions were performed when he worked as principal in Nordland. He no longer lives in the municipality in question.
