Javier Coello Trejo and his son Javier Coello Zuarth, former lawyers of the former director of Petróleos Mexicanos, Emilio Lozoya they managed to stop, for now, any attempt by the authorities to arrest them.
The Third District Judge in matters of Amparo in Mexico City granted two provisional suspensions to the Coello so that, in the event of an arrest warrant against them, they cannot be executed.
The lawyers requested amparos known as “searchers” against the possibility of any federal judge issuing orders to capture them.

The amparo judge requested reports from the authorities identified as responsible, with which the Coellos seek to be certain whether or not there are arrest warrants against them.
