Forescout appoints tech veteran Barry Mainz as CEO

SAN JOSE, California

Forescout Technologies Inc.the global leader in compliance and cybersecurity for all connected devices, today announced that Barry Mainz has joined the company as CEO, effective immediately.

Barry Mainz brings more than 25 years of leadership experience from infrastructure software and cybersecurity companies. Mainz served as CEO and member of the Board of Directors of MobileIron and also served as President of Wind River Systems, a division of Intel, during key growth years. Additionally, Mainz has held executive, consulting and board positions at private and public companies including Mercury Interactive, Makara (acquired by Red Hat, Inc.) and Sun Microsystems.
