Foreign Investors Sell Jumbo Shares Worth IDR 1.77 Trillion, See Which Stocks Were Discarded!

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) finally closed higher in trading on Tuesday (25/3/2024). The index ended its downward trend for four consecutive days.

JCI closed up 0.44% to 7,236.98. JCI reversed direction to the psychological zone of 7,200, after being corrected to the psychological level of 7,100 in session I yesterday.

The index transaction value at the end of today’s trading reached around IDR 12.95 trillion, involving 16.18 billion shares which changed hands 1 million times. A total of 284 shares rose, 300 shares weakened, and 201 shares tended to stagnate.

Meanwhile, foreign investors are recorded as still selling jumbo shares. Namely, IDR 1.77 trillion in all markets, IDR 1.17 trillion in the regular market, and IDR 603.98 billion in the negotiated and cash markets.

So, what stocks are compactly discarded by foreigners? Quoting RTI Business, following is net foreign sell trading on Tuesday!

2. PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (BMRI) – IDR 292.2 billion

3. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBNI) – IDR 260.6 billion

4. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA) – IDR 204.0 billion

5. PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM) – IDR 193.3 billion

6. PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. (KLBF) – IDR 21.7 billion

7. PT XL Axiata Tbk. (EXCL) – IDR 19.6 billion

8. PT Indosat Tbk. (ISAT) – IDR 14.0 billion

9. PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. (BRMS) – IDR 10.9 billion

10. PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk. (AMMN) – IDR 10.8 billion
