The dollar exchange rate continued its decline against the pound, during today, Sunday, January 12, 2020, in 4 banks, to break the barrier of 16 pounds, at the selling price, for the first time since February 28, 2017.
The price of the dollar fell by one penny in the Alexandria, International and Arab African banks, to 15.89 pounds for purchase and 15.99 pounds for sale.
The price of one dollar, two piasters in Credit Agricole, fell to 15.89 pounds for purchase, and 15.99 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar had declined at the beginning of the day in most of the banks operating in Egypt.
