Lorient 1 – Bordeaux 1
Bordeaux still can’t do it. The Girondins, who hoped to take advantage of Lorient’s poor pass, only managed to bring back one point from Brittany.
Yet it was they who opened the scoring, just after the break, through his Honduran international Alberth Elis, for his first goal in L1 since his arrival this summer.
But Lorient, dominating in this meeting, saw his efforts rewarded at the end of the game when Laporte, with a header, ended up equalizing. But this draw between two teams who have not won for several weeks does not help anyone.

Rennes 1 – Strasbourg 0
The misfortunes of Angers (2-2 in Saint-Etienne on Friday) and Lyon (2-3 in Nice) make Rennes happy. The Rouge et Noir continue to surf on their excellent dynamic: battered by Strasbourg at Roazhon Park, they snatched the victory at the end of the match thanks to the first goal in Ligue 1 from defender Nayef Aguerd.
This is the sixth victory in seven meetings, in all competitions, for Bruno Genesio’s men, who are back at the foot of the podium while awaiting the result of Marseille against Paris SG in the evening.

Reims 1 – Troyes 2
The hold-up of the day is the work of Troyes. Ultra-dominated during the first period in Reims, the Aubois showed realism to equalize before the break (40th) before taking the lead in the second act (65th), on one of their rare forays into the opposing camp .
For its part, the Champagne club, which had taken the lead very early (6th) can blame itself for not having known how to kill the match when it could. In the standings, Troyes, with this second victory in a row, overtakes its neighbor and climbs back to 15th place, while Reims slips to 16th position.

Lens 4 – Metz 1
Lens did not let the doubt settle. Beaten last weekend in Montpellier (0-1), the Sang et Or resumed their forward march by dominating FC Metz quite easily (4-1), this Sunday at the Bollaert stadium.
But the outcome of the meeting could have been quite different. While the premises led 2-1, Messin Sarr equalized with a header (65th), before the referee canceled this goal for a supposed hand. Behind, the Garnets held their own for a few more minutes before collapsing, letting Lens fly away in this meeting thanks to goals from Ganago (83rd) then Frankowski (90th).
