UEFA announced the schedule for the Nations’ preliminary round on Friday. Switzerland, which plays in group 4 in Ligue A with Germany, Spain and Ukraine, will start the competition on September 3 in Ukraine (8:45 pm).
She will continue in Switzerland on September 6 against Germany (8.45 pm) and will finish her first round on October 10 in Spain (8.45 pm).
Vladimir Petkovic’s men will start the return matches in Germany on October 13 (8.45 p.m.), then they will receive the Spaniards on November 13 (8.45 p.m.) and the Ukrainians on November 16 (8.45 p.m.).
The first of each group will qualify for the final round for the title which will take place from June 2 to 6, 2021.
Switzerland had finished fourth in the last edition, losing the small final on penalties against England (0-0, 6-5 tab). Portugal, on home soil, won the final against the Netherlands (1-0).
