To a little background music with a restful air, in a relaxed and peaceful setting, Charly Hanafi, Marseillais, is installed at the entrance of the establishment with its 200 Marennes d’Oléron. He proudly wears a striped sweater and an apron on which is written “best european flake“.
Little by little, as the tables fill up, the shopkeeper complies. From clients to clients, Charly comes and goes. Tonight’s formula: six oysters, accompanied by a small glass of white wine for the modest sum of ten euros. “I wanted to wink at the Plain because I am from here. I want to develop these oyster aperitifs because it lacks a little iodine around here“, smiles the scales.
