– Fish and seafood: salmon, herring, cod, caviar.

– Lard and bacon.

– Dairy products: fermented cheese, cream, cheese, fatty yoghurt, cream cheese, butter, Camembert and Roquefort cheese.

– Dark bread.

– Sweets: consisting of eggs, cocoa, cream, as well as cakes, ice cream and chocolates.

– Oily fruits: nuts, hazelnuts, almonds.

– Seeds: salted and fried.

– Spices: paprika, mustard, bay leaf, pepper.

– Beverages: alcohol (beer, wine, brandy, etc.), caffeinated beverages (coffee, etc.)
