Earlier, Germany and Spain announced on the 27th that they would start vaccinations in their countries. The plans of these countries presuppose that the Pfizer vaccine will be approved at the EMA evaluation meeting one day ahead.
The Pfizer vaccine has already passed the review by regulatory authorities such as the UK, the US, and Switzerland, and is expected to pass in the EU as long as major EU countries, Germany and France, announced their vaccination plans and pressed for rapid approval. After the 21st evaluation meeting, the EMA makes recommendations for use, and the EU Commission decides whether to approve or not.
