Florida Principal Fired Over Michelangelo’s ‘David’ Statue Controversy

At the Tallahassee Classical School in Florida, students in grades 7 and 8 were shown an image of the naked David during art class. Two parents had complained because they had not been informed in advance. According to the regulations, this should have been done with ‘controversial’ subjects. A third parent called it pornography.

‘Pornography’
