“Florida Panthers defeat Toronto Maple Leafs 3-2 in second match of playoffs”

The Toronto “Maple Leafs” were already forced to admit the superiority of the Florida “Panthers” in the second match at home, this time conceding 2:3 (2:1, 0:2, 0:0) and ending up 0-2 in the series with four victories.

The first goal was scored only in the 24th minute. After goals by Wyatt Johnston and Yevgenii Dadonov, the home team made it 2-0, Ty Cartai got one goal back, and Joe Pavelski in the majority and Tyler Segin made it 4-1.

In the 57th minute, Jordan Eberly scored the last goal in the match.

Johnston and Seguin scored two points in this match.

In the winning goal, Jake Oettinger saved 25 shots, while his brother on the opposite side of the court, Philipp Grubauer, managed 33 shots.

The third matches in both series, with “Kraken” and “Panthers” as hosts, will take place on Sunday.

The winners of the 2022 Stanley Cup became the Colorado Avalanche, who defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning, the winners of the previous two seasons, 4-2 in the final series. Both of last year’s finalists lost in the first round of the playoffs this season.
