Barcelona or other clubs of interest Hansi Flick have to bite the fingers. Because, Flick has decided to accept the proposal German national team.
Flick did not continue the remaining two-year contract at Bayern Munich. After giving six titles last year, Flick resigned and his position was replaced by Julian Nagelsmann.
A total of seven titles have been awarded by Flick, including this season’s Bundesliga champion, which makes him one of the most successful coaches at Bayern. So it’s natural that Flick is in demand by many top European clubs, one of which is Barcelona.
Barcelona is not satisfied with Ronald Koeman’s performance and wants to replace him with Flick. Apart from Barcelona, Juventus, Tottenham Hotspur and Real Madrid are also interested.
Unfortunately, the wishes of Barcelona and the big clubs will not come true. Flick apparently prefers to be Joachim Loew’s successor in German national team after the 2020 European Cup.
“Yes, I have spoken with the German Football Federation (DFB). Everyone knows how I feel about the German national team. There are only a few things to do before we officially announce it,” said Flick, as quoted by Bild.
Hansi Flick is not a new name in the German national team because he was Loew’s assistant from 2006 to 2016. He also presented the 2014 World Cup title.
