The American burger chain Five Guys opens a restaurant at Schildergasse 113-117 in Cologne.

In the immediate vicinity of Neumarkt and thus right in the city center, Five Guys will be roasting burgers by the end of the year at the latest. The approximately 600 sqm shop space rented for this will then be one of the chain’s largest restaurants in Germany, according to a press release. The burger chain operates 1,500 restaurants worldwide.
The previous tenant of the shop in Cologne was the Pieper perfumery, which it had temporarily taken over from Gerry Weber. The brokerage company Lührmann brokered the space.
