Fischinger budget has been decided – Fischingen

Investment in rain basins.

In its meeting on Wednesday, the Fischingen municipal council unanimously decided on the budget for 2022, which had already been discussed in November. The largest item in the investment is the construction of the rain overflow basin with 600,000 euros. Another 800,000 euros are due for 2023. The mayor made it clear that the loan to be borrowed is borne by the fees in the sewage area.

The volunteer fire brigade receives 9,000 euros for the purchase of new digital radios. The municipal council will be equipped with tablets for 3,000 euros. The measures for the sports field amount to 5500 euros. Two charging stations are to be set up for 15,000 euros. A boules pitch is listed at 3000 euros. Two changes to the draft were still made: The cost of maintaining the cemetery was reduced from 8,000 euros to 5,000 euros, and that for maintaining the dirt roads was raised from 6,000 euros to 9,000 euros. This means that the whole plant remains the same in total, said Mayor Axel Moick.

The preliminary result for 2021, which shows a deficit of around 180,000 euros, will, according to Moick, be further reduced by outstanding and unbooked allocations and grants. In the sum of the years 2019 to 2021, the community will ultimately even come into positive territory.
