Jessica is said to have shaken the three-month-old Jordan so hard that he struck an object and then died. Now she is on trial.
Görlitz – The Wednesday began with tears process against Jessica S. (20): She is said to have shaken her few months old son so violently in February of this year that he died shortly afterwards. She has been behind bars ever since.

According to the indictment, it happened on February 17th: Between 12.25 p.m. and 12.45 p.m., Jessica is said to have shaken her son Jordan, who was not three months old, in her apartment in Bernstadt on the Eigen.
He is said to have hit a hard object. Jessica went to the Dresden University Clinic with the baby, where Jordan died on February 21 at 6:10 p.m.
A moment later the handcuffs clicked. A judge issued an arrest warrant for the risk of escape.
Jessica S. listened to the indictment with tears in her eyes, her defense attorney then suggested a legal discussion.
This means that if the public prosecutor and lawyer can agree on a range of punishment, the defendant admits the act.

Because of her young age, however, the process is now being closed to the public and will continue.
