Its creation was announced last September, the community health center has just opened its doors at the hospital of Dieppe and at the health center ofOffranville (Seine-Maritime).
An antenna is also provided at Rouxmesnil-Bottles, in the old medical practice, rue de la Croix-de-Pierre. This project is led by the Dieppe-Maritime agglomeration and its vice-president Nicolas Langlois.
A space at the medical center
Thus, since January 14, residents who do not have an attending physician can contact a professional at the community health center.
In Dieppe, a space has been created at the medical center to accommodate practitioners from the community health center.
The distinction is important to make: the first depends on the Dieppe hospital and operates in the evening, on weekends and on public holidays with liberal doctors; the second is managed by the Dieppe-Maritime agglomeration and receives patients during the day. The practitioners are employed by the community.
This indicates that the activity of the communal health center is starting gradually. Each doctor will be able to take care of 2,000 patients.
In Offranville, Dr Marie Leteurtre has been working at the health center, at 95 boulevard des Frères-Rousseau since January 14.
She consults every day except Wednesday. Other health professionals are on the same site: midwives, psychomotor therapists, etc.
