KOUDEKERKE – The fire brigade of Koudekerke extinguished a fire in a bunker in that place on Saturday at the end of the afternoon.
At around 4.25 pm it was reported to the emergency center that a fire was raging in a bunker from the Second World War near the terrain of tennis club De Stoof on Biggekerksestraat. The fire brigade volunteers from the Koudekerke post were then sent to the scene without rushing.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire using a high-pressure jet.
