Tasks
- Budget planning and ongoing budget control
- All accounting agendas (incoming and outgoing invoices, cash register,)
- Controlling tasks (such as target/actual analyzes for committees and owners)
- Interface to and coordination with tax advice and auditing
- Contact person for banks and public supervisory authorities
- Funding statements
- Personnel planning and administration including control of time recording
- Mahnwesen
Qualifications/Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or several years of experience in the commercial or administrative area
- BMD or BIQUANDA knowledge is an advantage
- Proficient in using common Office programs
- Good English knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of Austrian corporate, tax and procurement law

- Permanent employment of 30 hours/week or more
- Possibility of a 4-day week
- Gross annual salary (on a full-time basis) from EUR 50,000.00 with the willingness to overpay (the specific payment depends on the actual qualification profile)
