Finally the marquee for taxis arrives at the Ciudad Real hospital
After the negotiations, which began in 2018, the taxi drivers of Ciudad Real have already been able to see the finished marquee that has been built in front of the External Consultations door of the General Hospital.
The creation of this overhang was a demand that taxi drivers had been making since the General Hospital of Ciudad Real was opened in 2005.
Negotiations began when taxi drivers announced in May 2018 that they were leaving the hospital complex stop.
They indicated the high temperatures that the vehicles had to endure in full sun in summer and the damages that this implied for the users.
This warning was not fulfilled by the taxi drivers because the hospital promised to provide a solution to that claim and hence the process to build this marquee, already in operation, began.
