Team NGS has released a new HD texture pack for Final Fantasy XIII, which weighs about 5.3 GB. According to his description, this mod improves textures in the game, primarily environmental textures, as well as some NPCs, eidolons, and weapons.
The team noted that this mod pushes the boundaries of the game engine and its interface with the graphics system. Moreover, the minimum amount of video memory required for this HD Texture Pack is 4 GB. It is also worth noting that the team fixed many failures, so this pack should work correctly on various PC systems.
