Abdel Aziz Abdel Shafi “Zizou” – Pyramids – Wadi Degla
Abdel Aziz Abdel Shafi, the former Al-Ahly star, admitted that he always worked inside the Al-Ahly Club for a fee, but that it does not match his capabilities.
“I have always worked inside Al-Ahly for a fee, but I have never received from Al-Ahli the compensation that best suits my potential,” Abdul-Aziz Abdul-Shafi said in statements to On Time Sports.
“I am not talking about getting money and everyone knows me well. For example, I had previously asked Mahmoud Taher to manage the Al-Ahly and Zamalek match and told him that I would take responsibility. He told me you, Zizou? I told him I am the first to solve my home problems.”
Zizou continued, “The same words are supposed to be applied from the other side and to be valued at certain times of the club. But this does not always happen. So I consider myself working voluntarily.”
He concluded, “In the end, I do not hesitate to accept any mission within Al-Ahly even if temporarily, in recognition of the club’s thanks to Ali.”
