Barcelona announced the surgery, which underwent its goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, on Tuesday.
“Ter Stegen’s surgery has been a success,” Barcelona said in a statement on Tuesday.
The statement added, “The period of absence is estimated at two and a half months.”
Ter Stegen performed the surgery on the right knee tendon, which caused him pain in the last period.

And the Spanish newspaper “As” had mentioned earlier, The surgery that Ter Stegen is supposed to undergo may be out until December.
The report stated that these pains followed Ter Stegen early in the season, and the club then subjected him to a 3-week stem cell treatment to overcome the pain.
Recently, however, he was chased by agony so alarmingly that the club would consider having surgery once the Champions League matches are over.
Ter Stegen played 46 games this season, the last of which was against Bayern Munich, and he conceded 8 goals.
