Turki Al-Sheikh, head of the entertainment authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and former honorary president of Al-Ahly, announced his abdication of lawsuits filed against the Board of Directors of the Red Club.
Al-Sheikh wrote on his Facebook account: “I received the news of the death of my brother’s mother, Professor Khaled Al-Dirandali, a member of the board of directors of Al-Ahly Club.
He continued, “On the biography of death, sorrows and the hereafter, after careful consideration, I decided to give up all the cases raised, whether to the board of directors or a member of the board of directors who offended me in the face of God Almighty.”
Then he added, “I ask everyone to close these topics completely and not to put my name in any sporting matter inside Egypt, and I would like to clarify that all the news that is being circulated to me is incorrect.”
And he concluded, “This door was closed with zibah and the key, and finally, I remember the noble verse (whoever pardoned and reformed and rewarded it to God), may God preserve Egypt, the Kingdom, and the two generous peoples.”
