Egyptian President Samir Halabya revealed the club’s board of directors ’approval of a fine against the team’s players after losing Al-Ahly in the league and supporting the Egypt Cup by the Arab contractors.
Halabya said toFilGoal.com: “We imposed a fine on each player of 100,000 pounds, which will not be canceled unless the team returns to victory, otherwise the penalty will be increased.”
Al-Masry lost three goals without a response to Al-Ahly in the league, to fall to the tenth position in the table, and on Wednesday he fell by four goals without a response to the contractors in the price of the Egypt Cup final.
After the defeat against the contractors, the team coach, Ihab Jalal, submitted his resignation, and the club contracted Tariq El-Ashry for a season and a half.

“We thank Jalal for his efforts with the team, he faced bad luck and our relationship with him remains good. We accepted his apology and there is no penalty clause between us,” Halabiyeh added.
He added, “The team will be organized in Ain Sukhna camp with the new coach, Tariq Al Ashry, starting from Saturday until the second leg match against the Moroccan Berkane Renaissance.”
“Five thousand fans might support us in front of the rise of a volcano in the El-Geish stadium in Suez. We are waiting for the official speech within days.”
Al-Masry will host the Nahdet Berkane team on March 1 in the first leg of the Confederation quarter-final, and after a week he will play the second leg.
