The memorandum between the local authorities, the Office of the President and NJSC Naftogaz provides for a fixed price for gas for budgetary organizations at the level of 13,600 hryvnia with VAT per thousand cubic meters. For the population, it will amount to 7,400 hryvnia, respectively.
