“Maultäschle away!” writes the Helios Klinikum in a message, announcing that the last corona protection measures will no longer apply on Saturday, April 8, 2023. From this day on, hospitals, care facilities and medical practices can be entered again without an FFP2 mask. Exceptions only apply where operators continue to make it compulsory to wear a mask as part of their house rules or when visiting corona-positive patients.

In the Helios Klinikum Pforzheim, the daily visiting hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. continue to apply, in the Siloah St. Trudpert Klinikum from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. “These times have stood the test of time during the pandemic. Nursing in particular has had positive experiences with these visiting hours, so we will stick to them after the pandemic until further notice,” says Siloah Hospital Director Dr. Ulrich Schulze.

Furthermore, people who feel sick or have symptoms of illness should not come to the clinics to protect patients and clinic staff. Corona-positive patients are allowed.
