The government is leveraging the World Bank’s positive opinion on the changes in order to convince that everything leads to the improvement of the system and the financing of necessary interventions. The KKE has a different approach, which requests that the bill be withdrawn because new, greater burdens will be added to the working-class strata in order to have access to Justice, and the real goal is a Justice that is even faster, more efficient and friendly for business groups , as required by the “super memorandum” of the EU Recovery Fund.
