Ferrari presented an open version of the new flagship supercar SF90, which has received the traditional name Spider. The car became the most powerful production convertible in the history of the Italian brand.
The company notes that the electrically operated rigid folding roof is made of aluminum, making it much lighter than other traditional designs.
The top, which, when folded down, takes up approximately 100 liters of volume from the luggage compartment, can be retracted and unfolded on the go in 14 seconds. The car weighs 1,670 kg, which is 100 kg more than the SF90 Stradale coupe.

Ferrari SF90 Spider is equipped with a hybrid power plant, created on the basis of a four-liter twin-turbo V8, developing 780 hp. from. and 800 Nm of torque. It operates in conjunction with three electric motors, one of which is located between the internal combustion engine and the gearbox.
The other two electric motors are on the front axle and drive the front wheels. The transmission is an eight-speed “robot” with two clutches. In total, the hybrid plant produces 1000 hp. and 800 newton meters.
Ferrari SF90 Spider is capable of picking up the first “hundred” in 2.5 seconds, and it takes 7 seconds to accelerate from zero to 200 km / h. The maximum speed of the vehicle is 340 km per hour.
