Kévin Trompat’s father appeared in court on Friday. He had tried to take revenge on the murderers of his son Kevin and his partner Leslie. He was sentenced to six months in prison.
After the discovery of the bodies of Leslie and Kévin in Deux-Sèvres, the investigation had made it possible to identify and arrest five young men. They were indicted for different reasons, but the prosecution retained the assassinations, the modification of the inventory of the scene of a crime, the kidnappings and sequestrations and the concealment of corpses
After these indictments and imprisonments, Kevin’s father would have tried to take revenge. He would have threatened with death those who attacked his son and his partner. Guy trompat had been arrested and placed in detention and was to be tried in immediate appearance on May 4. His case had been adjourned to June 2 to give him time to prepare his defense. He was accused”instigation to assassination not followed by effect and death threats materialized in writing, image or any other object in recidivism”.
The revenge proposal would have been broadcast in several penitentiary establishments.
The Niort court found Guy Trompat guilty of death threats but acquitted the accused for the facts of incitement to assassination. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison, including six months in prison and compulsory treatment.
