Kannur: A mini lorry and a bike collided with a tragic end for two people. The accident took place near Kannur Thalap AKG Hospital. The accident happened around one o’clock this morning. The deceased have been identified as Manaf and Latif, natives of Kasaragod Chowk.
The bike, which was going from Kannur to New Teru, collided with the mini lorry that came from Mangaluru to carry fish to Ayakkara. Both were seriously injured in the accident. Then Manaf and Latif were taken to Kannur district hospital. However, both died before reaching the hospital. Relatives arrived and identified both of them. The bodies will be handed over to the relatives after the post-mortem.
