Fally makes his directorial debut in Blindenmarkt

Last year there was an operetta revue in Blindenmarkt due to the pandemic. According to the broadcast, the operetta “Wiener Blut” will be the focus of the autumn days in 2021. “We have the best ensemble that one could wish for for Wiener Blut – real caliber on the autumn stage! It’s going to be an operetta festival, “says Artistic Director Michael Garschall.

Fally, who was recently awarded the professional title of chamber singer, is also looking forward to her directorial debut and already has a number of ideas. “The operetta and our Viennese music have always been my great passion. So I’m very happy that Artistic Director Michael Garschall has given me the opportunity to work as a director in Blindenmarkt, “said the soprano.

“My team and I are planning a highly entertaining, lively and above all traditional Viennese operetta evening.” According to the broadcast, Fally is already working on a stage solution with two set designers, Marcus Ganser and the theater magician Sam Madwar.

Familiar faces in Blindenmarkt

Svenja Kallweit and Clemens Kerschbaumer will be seen as “Countess” and “Graf”, both of whom were already on stage in the Revue 2020 in the Ybbsfeldhalle in Blindenmarkt. “Pepi” and “Josef” embody Katrin Fuchs and Andreas Sauerzapf. Kerstin Grotrian is a guest in the role of “Franzi”. As in 2004, Willi Narowetz can be seen as “Kagler” and Kammersänger Ernst-Dieter Suttheimer will appear on stage as “Fürst Ypsheim”.

Marcus Ganser slips into several roles and Gabi Schuchter is the cook “Anna”. Conductor Kurt Dlouhy leads the salon ensemble of the Ybbsfeld Chamber Orchestra and Monica Rusu-Radman is responsible for the choreography. The performances are currently planned until October 26th, advance ticket sales will start in September.
