A stretcher-bearer of a 23-year-old has been indicted Saturday for the rape of a patient in the hospital of Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis).
On Wednesday, the young man would have made in the house of this woman of 53 years old, hospitalized in pneumology at hospital Robert Ballanger, and would have asked her to make her toilet, explaining to him having to take a radio.
It would then be placed in the bathroom where he allegedly raped her.
Already known to the justice
The facts had been reported to the justice on the same day by the hospital management. The stretcher-bearer was already known from the justice for the affairs of morals.
The prosecutor of Bobigny opened on Saturday, a judicial investigation for “aggravated rape by person having authority”. The suspect has been indicted and placed under judicial control.
