Facebook plays the educational card to fight negationism

The social network has translated a website on the Shoah into twelve languages, in order to fight against negationism.

The social network now offers Internet users looking for information on the Shoah or negationism to enter the aboutholocaust.org site. Translated into twelve languages, it explains what the Holocaust is, who the Nazis were, or even how the Germans could know who were Jews, and how they were exploited. The many headings are all illustrated. Written simply, however, they push the details far enough to counteract false and hate speech.
