It is about softening bones – osteomalacia, when the strength of bone tissue decreases due to insufficient mineralization. About this, as reported “Russian newspaper”, British doctors said.

So, in the case of a lack of this vitamin in the body, a person often feels aching pain, especially when pressing on the bones, in the region of the lower back, pelvis, ribs. The discomfort is worse at night.

According to experts, vitamin D deficiency can provoke muscle pain without physical exertion, depression, and a constant feeling of fatigue. Also, a person is often sick – prone to colds, flu and other infections.

You can get the vitamin by including chicken eggs, cheese, fatty fish, including herring (it is not recommended to eat often because of the large amount of salt), cod liver or pollock in the diet.

At the same time, experts emphasize that before taking vitamins and other drugs, it is imperative to consult a doctor.
