Exercises at home: Quick guide to training

The days of confinement build up and it’s important keep active and work on our physical condition even if we cannot leave the house. So today we have recovered this video in which the personal trainer Lydia Delgado explains a quick and complete routine of exercises that can be practiced in any corner of the house.

It is a kind of training circuit that requires no more than a few minutes, will power and a chair. It’s about performing each exercise for 30 seconds, rest ten seconds, and move on to the next.

You will see that squats, push-ups, jumps are included … A total of twelve exercises for you to work the whole body: arms, glutes, back …


Practicing this quick routine on a daily basis will definitely help us feel better, less burdened, already oxygenate our brain.
