Working conditions:

- Full time in summer and part time during university sessions.
- Monday through Friday, flexible schedule
- Shift: day
- Location: Terrasse-Vaudreuil (hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing project manager in her various projects
- Provide administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the marketing department
- Contribute to the management and growth of communities on social networks
- Contribute to the development of the company’s marketing strategies
- Provide marketing support to various departments (sales, human resources, IT, etc.).
- Collect and present monthly marketing data from social networks and websites
- Write, translate and design internal and external documents
Desired profile:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in communications, marketing or another related field
- No experience required
- Organizational skills and good time management
- Independent, proactive and motivated
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) – an asset
- Bilingualism (spoken and written) – an asset
