Captain America is one of the more morally sound heroes of the Avengers. He is known for being honest, extremely noble and the hero that people can always look up to. But what if we told you that there are evil versions of Captain America that we know and love in the vast multiverse? So let’s take a look at some of those evil hats the MCU can explore in future movies.
1. Supreme Hydra

Steve Rogers of Earth-61311 was indoctrinated in HYDRA from an early age. It was all a plan of the evil Red Skull mind who wanted to create a Captain America who would be the best version of himself. Steve was often placed in solitary confinement and forced to watch rehab movies. Also, this cap is Helmut Zemo’s best friend. He became famous thanks to his panel where he uttered the phrase “Hail HYDRA”. Luckily for everyone, the Hydra Supreme met his disappearance at the hands of none other than the first Captain America during a one-on-one duel between them.
2. Zombie Captain America aka Colonel America

Colonel America is the Captain America of the horror version of the Avengers in Marvel Zombies. Considering that a Marvel Zombies production is coming to Disney +, this could soon become a reality. Also, Chris Evans could make his return to the MCU by voicing Colonel America. He was also the one who bit Spider-Man and turned him into a zombie who then devoured Aunt May and MJ. This Captain America eats brains and would kill even his closest allies and friends for just another bite of meat. So it’s something new. It would be very interesting to see the Pillar of Justice transformed into a voracious and cowardly animal. Especially when voiced by Chris Evans himself.
3. Captain America of the Cancrovert
Cancerverse reality in the MCU
Cancerverse is the darker alternate reality of the MCU. Now that Marvel is exploring the dark side with Multiverse of Madness in particular, the Cancerverse may just be popping up. Earth Captain America-10011 was part of the Avengers and served Lord Marvel who managed to defeat Death. They then attempted to corrupt Earth-616 and enslave its innocent inhabitants. This seems disturbing enough for the cap. But they were surprisingly defeated by Thanos when he reported death to the Cancerverse.
4. Capolupo

He is the Steve Rogers of Earth-13122. Steve Rogers was transformed into a werewolf by Nightshade and his alchemy. He never recovers from this curse and causes a lot of destruction.
5. Captain America the vampire king

He is another Captain America who wanted to enslave innocent people. He was infected with vampirism by Marvel’s Baron Blood himself. He then turned all the other Avengers into vampires and made them his slaves. The Exiles were a group of beings from different realities who worked by correcting divergent timelines. They attempted to correct this twisted reality, but they faced a difficult challenge. However, luckily Cap was beheaded by Mimic with Wolverine’s claws.
6. Earth Captain America-7475

This Captain America is a hyper-paranoid, controlling fascist while pretending to be a hero. In this reality, Captain America clashed with Doctor Doom along with the rest of the Avengers. However, to regain control of America, Cap embarks on a mad mission to persecute innocent civilians he deems suspicious. It was about eradicating any sympathizers or supporters of the other faction and even Eastern spies. He wasn’t a hero at all and he wiped all those who seemed “funny” off the face of the earth.
7. Cap becomes a warlord

This is a combined variant of the green Incredible Hulk and Steve Rogers. In this version of the American hero, Cap is a tyrannical power and a warlord. He is thirsty for blood and power and does not care about the consequences, the devastation or the lives lost along the way. None of these Captain America could ever raise Mjolnir in the MCU.
