Everton: Frank Lampard approaching

According to Sky Sports, Frank Lampard should become the new manager of Everton and thus succeed Rafael Benitez sacked earlier in the month. The post was officially offered on Saturday by Toffees leaders to the former Chelsea player and manager. He is thus ahead of the Portuguese Vitor Pereira and the current interim coach Duncan Ferguson who were both candidates for the position.
