In many European countries, including neighboring countries in Estonia And in Finland, there have been concerns about possible power outages this winter, which could be caused by high demand and insufficient capacity, so residents and businesses are advised to save energy resources – both electricity and gas. Also in Latvia, in order to save energy resources, different types of regulations have already been adopted at national level.
The managers contacted by “Delphi Bizness” are comforting: power outages in Latvia are most likely not a threat, but such a possibility cannot be completely ruled out.
