Leipzig is dealing with Atalanta Bergamo from Italy. The first leg takes place at the local Red Bull Arena.
Eintracht was hit even harder: their opponent in the quarter-finals is FC Barcelona. The first leg also takes place first in your own round.

Different routes to the quarterfinals
With a last-minute goal in the 120th minute, the Adler secured their quarter-final ticket against Real Betis Sevilla late on Thursday evening (1-1).
The Red Bulls, on the other hand, were far less dramatic. The duels against Spartak Moscow were canceled due to the war situation in Ukraine. The Saxons got a bye and were thus already a quarter-finalist.
Glasgow Rangers, FC Barcelona, Sporting Braga, Atalanta Bergamo, Olympique Lyon and West Ham United also made it into the last eight.
From a German point of view, the fact that Bayer 04 Leverkusen were unable to beat the Italians from Bergamo (0:1) in the second half on Thursday should be bitter.
As usual, the drawing took place at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland. We started at 1:30 p.m. The games will then be played on April 7th and 14th.
Since there are no more seeding lists and country protection no longer applies, there could also be a purely German duel between Frankfurt and Leipzig, which will already take place next Sunday in the Bundesliga will meet (3.30 p.m./Dazn).
